A fragrant and drought-tolerant California native hybrid, Salvia ‘Mrs. Beard’ forms a spreading mound of aromatic foliage with spikes of soft lavender-blue flowers. Blooming in spring, it attracts bees and beneficial insects while thriving in full sun and well-drained soil. Ideal for slopes and dry gardens, it grows 1–2' tall and spreads wider over time.

Its soft blue blooms and silvery foliage blend beautifully with other Mediterranean and native plants.
