This cross between our native S. clevelandii and S. leucophylla is perfect for garden conditions and is more accepting of a wide range of soils. The scent of the deeply fragrant and wonderfully textured grey leaves will bring the minds eye to the wild hillsides of California. Whorls of purple flowers will welcome hummingbirds and other pollinators from Spring through Summer. A little deadheading will help extend the bloom season.
